Enrolment and payment
Register online: together with your registration, please pay the non-refundable deposit of CZK 1,500 to account 670100-2207981597/6210, using the date of birth in DDMMYYYY format as the payment reference, or at the TŠ Maestro reception (you may also pay the full amount straight away). The balance is due by 20 July 2025. Camp capacity is limited.
When registering, please state any special information (allergies, diets) in the note field.
Cancellation terms
In June: CZK 1,500. After 20 July 2025: CZK 2,500. During the camp: pro rata. No cancellation fee is charged if you arrange a replacement participant.
Parent’s or guardian’s declaration
By completing the registration form I bindingly register my daughter/son for the dance-focused day camp. I have read the cancellation terms. At the start of the camp I will hand over the health-insurance card (a copy is acceptable), a parental declaration of medical fitness and a declaration of freedom from infectious disease. We do not arrange insurance against injury or loss of or damage to property, and it is not included in the camp price.
